- The Unlikely Florist welcomes the return of any old arrangements that would be otherwise thrown in the trash.

- All returns or dissatisfaction with a fresh arrangement will be solved on a case by case basis.

- Any claims that flowers were not delivered will be investigated within a 24hour period. After that time the situation      will be rectified with an arrangement.

- The Unlikely Florist reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly            fraudulent.
